Installing Hyland Virtual Printer

1).Install the executable which can be downloaded from: 

https://community.hyland.com/customer-portal/22300/downloads/onbase

or

W:\Information Technology\OnBase - Hyland Cloud\Virtual Printer\Virtual Printer

verify that the printer spooler folder is off the C: drive (C:\Onbase Printer Spool)

2.)With Administrative rights, open up Notepad and navigate to c:\Program Files(x86)\Hyland\Unity Client\ and open up obunity.exe.config

3.) Change the following settings to true in the config file:

4.)Restart the unity client. 

5.) Ensure that you are running and logged in to Unity Client before attempting to print the document and import it to OnBase UC.

6.)Print to the virtual printer. The import window should pop up.
